Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Restaurant Team Member to join our kitchen and service team. As a key member of our crew, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, preparing high-quality food, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook food to our high standards, ensuring quality and presentation are always excellent
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and resolving any issues promptly
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines and procedures

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment, preferably in a kitchen or service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers
  • A strong commitment to quality and customer service, with a focus on delivering exceptional results
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and nights
