Job Title: Porter/Delivery Driver

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Porter/Delivery Driver to join our team at Chartwells, a leading provider of catering and support services to the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, staff, and visitors, ensuring a positive experience at all times.
  • Maintain a high standard of quality work, adhering to health and safety guidelines and company policies.
  • Assist colleagues in a willing and positive manner, including supporting with other duties as required.
  • Attend training sessions and meetings as necessary, completing all required training for the role.
  • Identify and work towards further development requirements, as recorded in your Personal Development Plan (PDP).
  • Contribute to meetings and demonstrate a can-do attitude towards individual customer requests and tasks.
Requirements:
  • Hold a valid UK driving license.
  • Be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude, being willing to assist colleagues and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Meet the company's expectations for attendance and punctuality.
