Job Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Porter/Driver to join our team on a permanent casual basis. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer care is adhered to at all times, responding promptly to customer requests and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, demonstrating a can-do attitude and a willingness to assist with other duties as required.
  • Attend all relevant training sessions and meetings, completing all necessary training for the role and identifying areas for further development.
  • Contribute to the development of the team, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Hold a valid UK driving license.
  • Be prepared to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Be able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team, demonstrating a high level of autonomy and initiative.
