Job Opportunity: Porter/Driver

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Porter/Driver. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ensure the highest standards of quality and safety in all aspects of your work, including the maintenance of our facilities and equipment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our team goals and objectives, demonstrating a positive and can-do attitude.
  • Identify and address any customer complaints or concerns, taking prompt action to resolve issues and prevent reoccurrence.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Hold a valid UK driving license.
  • Be willing to attend training sessions and meetings as required.
  • Have a strong commitment to customer service and a positive attitude towards work.
  • Be able to work effectively in a team environment.
