Key Responsibilities
- Contract Management
- Oversee the preparation, negotiation, and execution of electrical contracts.

- Plan, schedule, and manage electrical projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and budgets.

- Client Relations
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding contract-related matters.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Provide regular updates to clients on project status and progress.
- Financial Management
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial accountability.
- Approve and track project expenses, invoices, and payments.
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting on project performance.
- Quality Assurance
- Ensure all work meets industry standards, regulations, and client specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes and documentation.
- Health and Safety
- Promote and enforce a strong safety culture on all project sites.

- Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams and subcontractors.

- Documentation and Reporting

- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.

Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical project management or contracts management, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction practices, and industry standards.
- Project Management: Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Financial Acumen: Proficient in budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing issues.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve project goals.
- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
