We are seeking a skilled Facilities Management Scheduler to join our team at 300 North Limited. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Helpdesk Manager in all Hard Services related operations within a student accommodation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in compiling the monthly facilities management report
- Be the initial point of contact for finance on the contract (raising purchase orders, invoicing)
- Help support the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance
- Assist with the administration of sub-contractors and suppliers
- Provide a high level of customer service to clients
Requirements:
- Proven experience within a similar role
- Experience of CAFM Management
- Good IT skills including MS Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook
