BUSINESS AND FACILITIES MANAGER NJC GRADE 10
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Business and Facilities Manager to join our staff team and Senior Leadership Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the strategy and operation of the business functions of our school, including financial and budget management, human resources management, premises and facilities management, and health & safety management.
Your expertise will ensure the efficient day-to-day running of our operational aspects, and you will be supported by our Office & Attendance Manager and Clerical Assistant.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role in a primary, middle, or high school and either have or be working towards school business management qualifications.
You will need to be dedicated, flexible, and organised, with a positive attitude, honesty, confidentiality, and integrity.
