About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Coordinator to join our Expat team at BDO UK. As a Business Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the team with various administrative tasks, including assignment management, tax return processing, and risk management tracking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Expat team with the administration of our Assignment Management Solutions software
  • Assist with the annual tax return process and other monthly/annual compliance processes
  • Monitor and maintain our internal risk management tracking system
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks, including dealing with new sign-ups and liaising with external partners
  • Prepare and collate information for the Ambition schedule and fee spreadsheets
  • Urgent/complicated billing and co-ordinating information for tax provisions
  • STBV – monthly/annual support on tracking/portal work
  • Collection of ID and finalising engagement letters
  • Supporting the team with Client Take On

Requirements

  • Project coordination skills
  • Strong ability to plan, organise and prioritise work
  • Experience working in administration
  • IT literate with a strong competence in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Accuracy and attention to detail essential
  • Good telephone manner with excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work with confidential information
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, and to respond quickly
  • Must be flexible and adaptable
