- Clinical Supervision: Participate in clinical supervision and performance development of staff, ensuring that all team members are equipped to provide high-quality care to patients.
- Incident Reporting: Ensure that all clinical incidents, near misses, and complaints are reported, monitored, and processed in line with organisational policies and procedures.
- Audit and Quality Improvement: Participate in audits, making recommendations based on findings and sharing outcomes with the team for learning and quality improvement.
- Registration: Be registered with the relevant professional body (GPhC, HCPC, GDC, GOC).
- Experience: Have evidence of ongoing professional development and experience working within PGD frameworks.
- Skills: Possess excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills, as well as customer service and people management skills.
- Education: Hold a relevant qualification in a healthcare profession.
