Food and Beverage Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Spa Chester. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving brand standards, and working collaboratively with our team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, bar, and lounge, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
- Coach and train team members to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food and beverage preparation and presentation.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and drive sales growth.
- Maintain high standards of health and safety, food safety, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Administer and manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer feedback.
