Food and Beverage Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Spa Chester. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving brand standards, and working collaboratively with our team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and lounge, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
  • Coach and train team members to deliver exceptional customer service and promote a positive team culture.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of health and safety, food safety, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and drive commercial growth.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
