Assistant Food and Beverage Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Valor Hospitality Europe. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the daily management of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring that the highest standards of service are provided to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain control measures to ensure that food and beverage costs, productivity, labor costs, and operating supply costs are in line with budget.
  • Carry out duty management shifts according to business needs.
  • Participate in departmental meetings to review progress towards achievement of business plan goals.
  • Plan, organize, and direct the overall food and beverage operation, administration, marketing, and promotion of the outlet.
  • Ensure clear communication with the Food and Beverage Manager, Head Chef, Conference and Events Manager, and Operations Manager.

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of food hygiene and health and safety procedures.
  • Ability to prepare weekly and monthly forecasts for restaurant, bar, and room service.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
