Position Overview

The Erewash & South Derbyshire CAMHS Recovery Team is seeking a dedicated professional to take on the role of Team Manager. This position is pivotal in overseeing the clinical and operational aspects of our services, ensuring high-quality care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the CAMHS Recovery Team, ensuring adherence to operational standards.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and development of team members, fostering a culture of professional growth.
  • Ensure the safe access, support, and discharge of children and young people within the service.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to enhance service delivery and implement improvements.
  • Act as a role model, promoting high standards of professionalism and respect within the team.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker.
  • Proven leadership experience within a mental health team.
  • Desirable: Experience in a CAMHS or community setting.
