The role of the Older Adult Practitioner involves overseeing the clinical and operational management of services dedicated to the care of older adults. This position is essential in ensuring that the highest standards of care are maintained for this demographic.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the Older Adult Services, ensuring compliance with all operational standards.
  • Lead recruitment, training, and development initiatives for staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Qualifications
