Job Overview:

Manrose, a leading manufacturer of domestic extractor fans, ducting, and ventilation accessories, is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with electrical wholesalers, builders merchants, and OEM accounts in the South Central region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase sales within the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including electrical wholesalers and builders merchants.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Manrose's presence in the region.
  • Collaborate with the sales director to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
  • Provide technical training and support to customers and internal teams as needed.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of proven field sales experience in the electrical wholesale or builders merchant market.
  • Strong understanding of the HVAC industry and its trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM tools.
  • Manual driving license.
