Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Residential Support Worker.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to residents with complex needs
  • Develop and implement individual care plans to meet the needs of each resident
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe and supportive living environment
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and external professionals
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Hold a driving license and be willing to use a company car
  • Have a willingness to learn British Sign Language (BSL)
  • Be able to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Hold a DBS check and provide references
