Job Summary: As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our students who live in residential care settings.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily activities, routines, and tasks.
  • Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless support.

Requirements:

  • Passion for working with young people and supporting their well-being.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing situations.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
