Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Halecroft Recruitment. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage primary customer relationships and support activities to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively sell aftermarket products and communicate value to customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
  • Create and execute account plans for larger customers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain a customer network through virtual engagement, leveraging digital tools to build relationships and drive sales.
  • Promote all Lines of Business brands/technologies equally, providing product knowledge and technical advice to customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support customer needs, ensuring seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Prepare and present regular account sales reviews and forecasts, analyzing sales data to drive business growth.
  • Update CRM and other IT systems to reflect customer contacts, maintaining accurate records to inform sales strategies.
  • Analyze sales tools to understand customer needs and drive sales, gathering and maintaining relevant business intelligence.
  • Create, follow up, and expedite offers and orders, ensuring timely delivery of products and services.

Requirements:

  • Past sales or customer service experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Business to Business (B2B) experience, with a strong understanding of customer needs and sales strategies.
  • Customer-focused and solution-oriented, with a sales 'hunter' mentality and analytical skills.
  • Strong verbal, presentation, and written skills, with the ability to communicate complex sales strategies to customers.
  • Strong selling skills, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Familiarity and mastery over digital engagement tools, such as Teams and Zoom, to run sales calls digitally.
  • Willingness to learn and continually improve, with a growth mindset and a passion for sales and customer service.

Working Arrangements:

We offer a hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. This allows for a great work-life balance and flexibility to work from anywhere.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of up to £35,000, plus uncapped OTE and a range of benefits, including health insurance and pension scheme.
