About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer and Trade Supervisor. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our retail stores, focusing on customer satisfaction, team performance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of our retail teams, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard and that customers receive excellent service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and team performance to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with other managers to plan and execute store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, and that all team members are aware of their responsibilities and expectations.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role, with a strong track record of customer service and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, customers, and external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, retail, or a related field preferred.
