About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Part-time Lodge Manager at Lord Rosebery Lodge. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Lodge, ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents.
  • Coordinate and organize activities, events, and services to enhance the quality of life for residents.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and databases to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the retirement living or social housing sector.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook.
