About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our team at G2 Legal Limited. As a Residential Conveyancer, you will be responsible for handling a quality caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, mortgages and remortgages, and first-time buyer transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of residential property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, mortgages and remortgages, and first-time buyer transactions.
  • Provide excellent client service and communication, ensuring that clients are kept informed throughout the transaction process.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless transaction processing and timely completion.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in conveyancing law and practice, and apply this knowledge to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • 3 years of fee-earning experience in residential conveyancing.
  • Strong knowledge of conveyancing law and practice, including the Law Society's Conveyancing Protocol.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently, with a high level of attention to detail.
