About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Reinforced Recruitment. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing the financial and contractual aspects of our residential development projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the financial aspects of residential development projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and identify potential issues.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and project updates to senior management.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in quantity surveying or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of construction law, contracts, and financial management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
