The Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our Criminology team as a Lecturer. This is a permanent, full-time position that involves delivering the WJEC Level 3 Criminology Curriculum and our Foundation Degree in Criminal Justice. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated group of professionals who are passionate about teaching and learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver high-quality teaching and learning materials to meet the needs of our learners.
- Assess and monitor learner progress, setting targets and maintaining accurate records of work and achievement.
- Stay up-to-date with curriculum developments, subject knowledge, and innovations in teaching and learning.
- Contribute to the development of our Criminology team, sharing best practices and expertise.
About You:
- You have a passion for teaching and learning, with a degree in Criminology or a relevant qualification.
- You have a teaching qualification or are willing to work towards one.
- You have expertise in successful teaching and learning strategies.
