Job Summary

Inspera is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pre Sales Solution Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering compelling technical proposals to our clients in the digital assessment arena.

About the Role

  • Product Expertise: You will be our solutions expert, responsible for researching, testing, and staying up-to-date on our Inspera product portfolio.
  • Opportunity Evaluation: You will evaluate and analyze tender materials, establish compliance matrices, and contribute to GO/NO GO decisions.
  • Proposal Development: You will write comprehensive and persuasive bid proposals that clearly demonstrate winning themes and are delivered on time.
  • Demonstrations and Presentations: You will deliver well-rehearsed and thought-through demonstrations of our product portfolio to prospective customers.
  • Trial Accounts: You will set up trial accounts and user scenarios in accordance with tender guidelines.
  • Process Improvement: You will maintain our library of stock answers, ensure timely reviews by subject matter experts, and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Continuous Research: You will stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
  • Collaboration: You will work closely with our Head of Bid Management to coordinate and manage the end-to-end bid process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in communication or a relevant field (Business, Engineering, etc.)
  • Background in technical sales, bid writing, sales consultancy, or similar
  • Fluent and eloquent oral and writing skills in English, other languages are desirable
  • Ability to deliver precise technical and product knowledge to customers via excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and analyze data effectively
  • Understanding of academic practices and workflows
  • Ability to take a leading role in responding to functional requirements and writing proposals and tender responses
  • Some travel and out-of-hours work may be expected from time to time
