About the Role

Turtle Beach Corporation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inbound Analysis: Analyze container/vessel docking dates to ensure timely receipt of inventory.
  • Inventory Management: Update stock holdings across multiple virtual warehouses, including inbound and replenishment shipments.
  • Stock Movement: Organize stock moves between physical warehouses to optimize inventory levels.
  • Compliance: Perform hard-coded stock adjustments in accordance with SOX compliance regulations.
  • Order Monitoring: Track the flow of B2C orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Freight Optimization: Consolidate orders to maximize freight efficiency.
  • Order Tracking: Oversee the order tracking process to ensure all delivery dates are met.
  • Research and Resolution: Research and track outbound orders, taking corrective action as needed.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Complaint Handling: Log and handle customer complaints, including adding to trackers and sending chaser emails.
  • Project Support: Assist the Operations Manager with projects as needed.
  • Liaison: Act as a liaison with SOP staff and Third Party Logistics providers.
Requirements

Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical Skills: Strong skills in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Availability: Ability and availability to occasionally work irregular or extended hours as needed.
  • Experience: Prior experience with EDI and NetSuite is a plus, and experience within a consumer product goods company is highly preferred.
