Inside Sales Representative II

About the Role:
As a Sales Development Representative at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue expansion. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate and grow existing and new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's product portfolio and effectively communicate its features, benefits, and applications to customers.
- Promote and sell the product portfolio, exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Drive business development at assigned customers to penetrate and grow current and new business.
- Lead strategic objectives and foster the adoption of innovative products within the sales force.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales and business development, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Strong technical knowledge in the life science research field, with a deep understanding of the industry trends and developments.
- Ambitious and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of working time, including some overnight stays, to meet with customers and attend industry events.
