Drive Business Growth with Our Inside Sales Team

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative II to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product portfolio and effectively communicate its features, benefits, and applications to customers.
  • Promote and sell our product portfolio, driving business development at assigned customers to penetrate and grow current and new business.
  • Lead strategic objectives and foster the adoption of innovative products within the sales force.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales and business development, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to customers.
  • Strong technical knowledge in the life science research field, with a deep understanding of our product portfolio.
  • Ambitious and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of working time, including some overnight stays.
