As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for coordinating the registration process for our clients' events.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in event registration and management, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate the registration process for events, including creating event registration websites and managing delegate queries and communication
• Support in the development of event technology, including apps and other digital solutions
• Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless event execution
Requirements
• Degree or relevant experience in events or registration
• Excellent administration and project management skills
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Cvent, CrowdComms or Aventri
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
