We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Adecco. As a key member of our academic support team, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to our faculty members.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to faculty members, including coordinating events, managing schedules, and preparing documents.
  2. Develop and maintain websites using Contensis or WordPress, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  3. Support the development and implementation of academic programs, including course materials and promotional materials.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination within the team.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service to students, faculty, and staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Manage and maintain accurate records, including student information, faculty schedules, and program materials.
  7. Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve administrative support services.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Degree level or equivalent.
  2. Experience: 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably in an academic setting.
  3. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in Microsoft Office and website development tools.
