Faculty Finance Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented finance administrator to join our team at Birkbeck University of London.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support and contribute to the smooth running of operations, including processing expenses, purchasing card returns, requisitions, and orders.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support for the planning and financial aspects of faculty work
  • Maintaining accurate records of financial and planning matters using college systems
  • Supporting the activities of the faculty

Remuneration

The salary for this position is Grade 4 of the College's London Pay Scale, which is £29,392 rising to £33,806 per annum.

This includes a consolidated Weighting/Allowance for staff whose normal contractual place of work is in the London area.
