We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Adecco. As a Faculty Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to our clients in a university setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to faculty members and staff, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including arranging logistics, catering, and audio-visual equipment.
- Develop and maintain websites using Contensis or WordPress, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Support the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, staff, and students.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure seamless information flow.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in administrative support.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a university setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and website development tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
