Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Thorpe Park. As a Security Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Bag Checks and Personal Searches
  • Patrol the Resort to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
  • Respond to Incidents in a professional and timely manner, working closely with our First Aid team to ensure a smooth operation in emergency response situations.
  • Asset Transfers and other security-related tasks as required.
  • Collaborate with Surrey Police to reduce anti-social behavior across the park.
Requirements
  • SIA Licence is mandatory for this role.
  • Age 18+ and able to use De-Escalation skills and conflict management in conjunction with SIA training.
  • Crowd Management Skills are essential for this role.
  • Flexibility in working hours is required.
  • Approachable and Confident demeanor is necessary for this position.
  • Willingness to Drive Standards and work closely with other departments.
  • Motivation to develop and grow within the company.
