Wood Digital Consulting (DC) is seeking a highly skilled Network and Digital Discipline Manager to contribute to the expansion of our EMEA Systems Integration business. This role involves leading a team of Discipline Team Leads and Engineers, ensuring the department operates at its peak performance.

As a subject matter expert, you will be responsible for overseeing discipline practices, procedures, and resources. Your expertise will play a crucial role in promoting engineering excellence throughout the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Discipline Team Leads and Engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Develop and implement best practices for discipline engineering tools and processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers, supporting their professional development and growth.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to align engineering efforts with business objectives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in network and digital technologies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering field.
  • Professional Engineer License is a significant advantage.

  • Extensive experience in engineering, with a proven track record of success.
  • In-depth knowledge of discipline engineering tools and processes.
  • Strong understanding of business drivers within relevant sectors.
