We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Community Coordinator to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our retirement living development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the development, including organizing events and activities for residents
- Provide administrative support to the Area Manager and other colleagues
- Ensure the maintenance of the property and the provision of a first-class service to residents
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of the development
- Act as a trusted and approachable point of contact for residents, providing support and guidance as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for working with people
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the retirement living or social housing sector
- Strong administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
