Sales/Estimating Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales/Estimating Engineer to join our team at Retrack Personnel Holdings Limited. As a Sales/Estimating Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our sales team, working closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and providing timely and accurate estimates and quotations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and review customer RFQs and technical queries, providing prompt and professional responses.
  • Create detailed estimates and quotations from customer enquiries and technical drawings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Liaise with customers over the phone and via email, providing a client-centric service and addressing technical and non-technical questions.
  • Produce quotations to deadlines, estimating machining, materials, and inspection times for in-house elements and incorporating externally sourced elements as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of components and materials.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of CNC machining methods and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in IT and communication skills, with the ability to use software applications and tools to support sales and estimating activities.
