In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in the sales division, addressing customer inquiries and technical challenges, crafting precise estimates and quotations, and fostering robust relationships with clients and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage customer RFQs and technical inquiries.
  • Generate accurate estimates and quotations based on customer requests and technical schematics.
  • Communicate proficiently with clients via phone and email, delivering outstanding service.
  • Produce quotations within specified timelines, taking into account all machining, materials, and inspection durations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure precision and feasibility.

Required Experience and Attributes:

  • Significant experience in precision engineering with an understanding of machine capabilities.
  • Competence in reading and interpreting technical schematics.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in computer use and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Show commitment, loyalty, and motivation to improve business performance.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
