Job Title: Training Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Administrator to join our team at The Job People. As a Training Administrator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating training for microsite managers and drivers as part of our company's training rollout.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate training sessions for microsite managers and drivers
  • Book hotels and transport for training logistics
  • Liaise with Regional Heads for new starter onboarding
  • Upload training records onto our HR portal
  • Send joining instructions and communications to new starters
  • Reconcile spending against bookings and expenses

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. You will also need to be proficient in using our HR portal and have excellent communication skills.
