The Project

For over a decade, Ferrovial Construction has been engaged in delivering intricate infrastructure projects at Heathrow Airport, adhering to the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental responsibility. Our focus on design and build projects, coupled with diverse contractual arrangements, has allowed us to enhance our management practices in alignment with both Heathrow's Employer Requirements and our internal management protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the realization of Health, Safety, and Wellbeing objectives in line with company policies and values.
  • Promote the establishment of a robust Health, Safety, and Wellbeing culture throughout the Ferrovial Construction UK operations.
  • Assist in the upkeep and enhancement of the Safety Management System (SMS) and its associated procedures.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • In-depth understanding of Health, Safety, and Wellbeing legislation.
  • Capability to conduct comprehensive, meticulous, and systematic analyses.
  • Professional accreditation (e.g., MICE / CMIOSH).

Interpersonal Skills

  • Exceptional communication abilities and the capacity to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Skill in providing constructive feedback while clarifying the realities of onsite operations.
  • Strong influencing and persuasive capabilities.

Desirable Skills

  • Trained Lead Auditor.
  • Experience in Accident Investigation training.
  • Background in working within an international organization or airport environment.
