About the Role

Ferrovial Construction is seeking a highly skilled Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor to join our team at Heathrow Airport. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of our employees, subcontractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of health, safety, and wellbeing policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular site audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement controls.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees and subcontractors on health, safety, and wellbeing procedures.
  • Investigate incidents and near misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement health, safety, and wellbeing plans.
  • Monitor and report on health, safety, and wellbeing performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Detailed knowledge of health, safety, and wellbeing legislation and regulations.
  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Professional membership (e.g., MICE, CMIOSH).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
