The Project
For over a decade, Ferrovial Construction has been engaged in complex infrastructure projects at Heathrow Airport, consistently delivering high-quality outcomes while adhering to stringent safety and environmental standards. Our focus on design and build projects, coupled with diverse contractual arrangements, has allowed us to enhance our management practices in alignment with both Heathrow's Employer Requirements and our internal management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote the achievement of Health, Safety, and Wellbeing in line with company policies and values.
- Support the cultivation of a robust Health, Safety, and Wellbeing culture throughout the Ferrovial Construction UK operations.
- Assist in the maintenance and enhancement of the Safety Management System (SMS) and its associated procedures.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Comprehensive understanding of Health, Safety, and Wellbeing legislation.
- Capability to conduct detailed, thorough, and systematic analyses.
- Professional accreditation (e.g., MICE / CMIOSH).
Interpersonal Skills
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback while clearly conveying the realities of onsite operations.
- Strong influencing and persuasive abilities.
Desirable Skills
- Lead Auditor Training.
- Accident Investigation Training.
- Experience in an international organization or airport setting.
