Job Summary

We are seeking a confident and self-motivated Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with third-party sales partners, managing sales to special interest groups, and identifying new routes to market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with third-party sales partners to increase sales and revenue.
  • Manage sales to special interest groups, including preparing proposals and presentations.
  • Identify and establish new opportunities and routes to market to reach different audiences at a relatively low cost.
  • Assist in building a network of third-party partnerships and relationships to increase sales.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless sales and customer service.

Requirements

  • Proven sales and customer service experience in the holiday park, hotel, or hospitality sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Strong financial acumen and computer literacy, with a good level of expertise in Excel.
  • Ability to empathize, solve problems, and make customers feel valued.
  • Great organization and time management skills, with the ability to see the big picture and manage small details.
