Job Title: Regional Health, Safety, and Environment Advisor

Job Summary:

Kenton Black is seeking a highly experienced Regional Health, Safety, and Environment Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our Health, Safety, and Environment department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental management across our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake regular monitoring of health, safety, and environmental processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide expert advice to site teams on project-specific health, safety, and environmental issues.
  • Work proactively to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with site teams to drive safety performance and implement best practices.
  • Deliver comprehensive training programs to site staff on health, safety, and environmental procedures.
  • Advise on compliance with Construction Design and Management (CDM) regulations.

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH Construction or General qualification (essential)
  • Safety and Health Diploma qualification (NEBOSH, NVQ, or NCRQ) (desirable)
  • Proven experience in construction projects and associated hazards (essential)
  • Experience in housebuilding (desirable)
