Job Summary:

Kenton Black is seeking an experienced Regional Health, Safety, and Environment Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our Health, Safety, and Environment department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental management across our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake monitoring of health, safety, and environmental processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Advise sites on project-specific health, safety, and environmental issues, providing guidance and support to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Work proactively to identify potential risks and areas for continuous improvement, implementing effective mitigation strategies to minimize hazards.
  • Collaborate with site teams to drive safety across our site portfolio, promoting a culture of safety and well-being.
  • Deliver bespoke training programs to site personnel, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to manage health, safety, and environmental risks.
  • Provide expert advice on Construction Design and Management (CDM) regulations, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH Construction or General qualification (essential)
  • Safety and Health Diploma qualification (NEBOSH, NVQ, NCRQ) (desirable)
  • Experience in construction projects and associated hazards (essential)
  • Experience in housebuilding (desirable)

What We Offer:

Kenton Black offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £42,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus car allowance, bonus, and other corporate benefits. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading contractor and forward-thinking Health, Safety, and Environment team.
