About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Regional Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Regional Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents across a 20-mile radius.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the delivery of care when on duty
- Contribute to the person-centred care planning process for each resident
- Record observations on vital signs and other important tasks
- Provide support and companionship to residents
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need a background in care and a good understanding of elderly care. A Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care is desirable, as is a good understanding of the wider healthcare industry. You will also need to have a C or above in GCSE English and Maths.
Requirements
- Valid driving license and access to a car
- Ability to travel across the area
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
