A leading healthcare provider is seeking a dedicated Night Nurse Coordinator to work in an exceptional independent mental health hospital. As a Night Nurse Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading and managing hospital operations, providing effective clinical leadership, and overseeing patient care.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with experience in a managerial or leadership role within a healthcare setting. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to patient-centered care, quality, and safety.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £45,194 - £49,821 per annum, depending on experience. They will also be entitled to a range of benefits, including a £7,000 welcome bonus, free parking, and enhanced maternity pay.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing hospital operations
  • Providing effective clinical leadership and support to the nursing and healthcare team
  • Overseeing patient care, ensuring safe staffing levels and effective incident management
  • Maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment for patients
  • Contributing to continuous quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
  • Mentoring and supporting staff through supervisions and post-incident debriefs
  • Reviewing and responding to incoming referrals and supporting wards with admissions
