Job Summary
We're seeking a Care Assistant to join our team in Newark. As a Care Assistant, you'll work closely with our clients to provide personalized care and support, helping them to live safely and independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
- Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
- Support clients with their medication and follow individual care plans
- Work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality care and support
