Territory Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business sales within a well-established territory of a global pharma & biotech company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide educational information and informed product-specific advice to customers
  • Demonstrate the practical operation of specialist products, including rheumatology, orthopaedic, ultrasonic, and ophthalmology products
  • Work closely and collaboratively with experienced sales colleagues to achieve sales targets
  • Build strong relationships with customers, including orthopaedic surgeons, ODPs, theatre managers, MSK professionals, professors of rheumatology, nurses, and procurement

Requirements:

  • Medical/healthcare sales experience with a hunger for exceeding targets and driving growth
  • Strong understanding of anatomy, ideally with a science degree or clinical experience
  • Full driving licence

What We Offer:

  • Basic Salary - £40,000 - £48,000
  • Commission/Bonus - £10,000 uncapped
  • Car allowance - £600 PCM
  • Benefits - Laptop, Mobile, Pension, 25 days holiday + stats
