Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business sales within a well-established territory of a global pharma & biotech company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide educational information and informed product-specific advice to customers
- Demonstrate the practical operation of specialist products, including rheumatology, orthopaedic, ultrasonic, and ophthalmology products
- Work closely and collaboratively with experienced sales colleagues to achieve sales targets
- Build strong relationships with customers, including orthopaedic surgeons, ODPs, theatre managers, MSK professionals, professors of rheumatology, nurses, and procurement
Requirements:
- Medical/healthcare sales experience with a hunger for exceeding targets and driving growth
- Strong understanding of anatomy, ideally with a science degree or clinical experience
- Full driving licence
What We Offer:
- Basic Salary - £40,000 - £48,000
- Commission/Bonus - £10,000 uncapped
- Car allowance - £600 PCM
- Benefits - Laptop, Mobile, Pension, 25 days holiday + stats
