We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Colleague to join our team at Tesco in Hereford. As a Seasonal Colleague, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth operation of our store.
Availability Window
Our ideal candidate will be available to work during the following times:
Sun: 06:00:00 - 12:00:00
Thu: 06:00:00 - 12:00:00
Fri: 06:00:00 - 14:00:00
We offer a competitive rate of pay, starting from £12.02 an hour, with opportunities for additional payments depending on location and skills.
We are committed to providing a stable and flexible work environment, with a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week. If you're looking for a role with a sense of community and a chance to develop your skills, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
As a Seasonal Colleague, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service, greeting customers with a smile, and serving them with pride
- Building rapport with customers, ensuring they have a great shopping experience
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store goals and objectives
- Being knowledgeable about store products and services, and making recommendations to customers
- Handling products with care, maintaining quality, and ensuring they reach customers in the best condition
- Participating in seasonal, community, and charity events, creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere
- Being a brand ambassador, representing Tesco values and policies
