About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Customer Delivery Driver to join our team at Tesco. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive their shopping on time and in good condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver customer shopping trips with a smile, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and welcoming.
• Maintain a clean and organized van and trays, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Load and unload deliveries efficiently, ensuring that products are handled with care.
• Communicate effectively with customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and provide excellent customer service.
