Key Responsibilities – Purchasing Accounts Controller

Invoice Management:
Accurately process a high volume of supplier invoices with diligence and speed.

Payment Processing:
Develop and oversee payment run proposals to guarantee prompt supplier settlements.

Supplier Communication:
Address and resolve supplier inquiries and issues in a timely manner.

Account Reconciliation:
Reconcile essential supplier statements and ensure adherence to schedules.

System Oversight:
Maintain our financial system to high standards, ensuring accurate transaction allocations.

Intercompany Accounting:
Process and reconcile transactions between companies.

Team Support and Enhancement:
Collaborate with the broader accounts team on various tasks and proactively recommend process enhancements.

Additional Responsibilities:
Undertake extra projects and duties as necessary.

Qualifications & Requirements – Purchasing Accounts Controller

Demonstrated experience in an Accounts Payable position.
Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
Familiarity with ERP systems for invoice management is advantageous.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
A positive and proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Capacity to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
A commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
